A Real Estate Investment Trust firm that is also an S&P Fortune 500 Company needed to hire an Executive Assistant for the Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer who was the third most senior person in the firm. The EVP was a high energy “mover and shaker” who traveled extensively and was highly detail oriented. He needed an assistant who wouldn’t make mistakes. We placed an assistant who had nine years of experience and was located near the headquarters in Bethesda. She had previously worked in both a finance company and a global consulting firm.
