A start-up private equity firm in midtown Manhattan needed an Executive Assistant to support a very demanding Principal of the firm. They hired C-Suite because we have a cadre of smart, well- educated polished junior administrators who are looking to get into a start-up firm, grow with the company and take on more responsibility. We found the perfect fit….an NYU grad who had some administrative experience with a real “can do” positive attitude. Recently, the firm also engaged C-Suite to find the “right fit” Office Manager.
Executive Assistant to the CEO of Aerospace Company, Dallas, TX
A major aerospace company with both military and commercial clients located near Dallas, Texas was looking for an Executive Assistant for the CEO and founder of the firm. This was a tricky search as the CEO wanted an EA with “old school values” but with a “new school” presentation. We found the perfect fit within 3 weeks…the candidate had recently moved and was looking for a role closer to home. She has over 15 years of experience as well as an MBA from the University of Texas.

A non-profit Real Estate firm that specializes in hospitals and universities was looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This was essentially a start-up operation with a new office and little structure. We found the ‘right fit’ candidate who had a great chemistry fit with the CEO and the firm’s very erudite culture. The successful candidate was a 2009 graduate from Syracuse University with a 4.0 GPA and had poise and sophistication beyond her years.

A prestigious global asset management firm in NYC was looking for an executive assistant with the right personality fit for the head of one of their hedge fund groups and the team. After conducting an extensive and unsuccessful search on their own behalf in the NYC area, C-Suite was hired and within a few weeks found the perfect candidate in Dallas Texas. The firm hired the candidate, paying for the candidate to interview in NYC as well as a signing bonus to cover moving costs.

A PE firm with headquarters in Madrid came to us to hire an EA/OM to support the New York team. They needed someone with the polish to interact with clients, experience running an office, and the attention to detail it takes to manage multiple calendars and travel. The challenge was to find an assistant who would fit in with the culture at the firm, since the PA would be a liaison between the family and the employees there and the firm was made up of graduates from top schools.
