Executive Personal Assistant to General Manager, Sports Organization

A premier sports organization located in Florida required an Executive Personal Assistant for the General Manager of the team. The General Manager was responsible for operations, player personnel, the scouting department and minor league operations and had 10 direct reports. The candidate was required to be a sports fan flexible to attend games and work weekends and also needed previous experience navigating the busy schedule of a C-Suite Executive with multiple direct reports. Because of this specific criteria, our client was open to re-location candidates. We found the perfect candidate in Boston. She had been the captain of her club ice hockey team in college, graduated with a degree in Sports Management and had also been the Media and Public Relations Manager for US Hockey, Inc. before transitioning to a high level Executive Assistant role. She happily re-located to Florida for this position. The client provided a re-location package and even flew her to her final interview on their private jet!
