As their business grew, financial service clients including hedge funds and PE firms, repeatedly asked for help finding Executive and Personal Assistants. Recognizing this critical need, Carol and Suzanne formed C-Suite Assistants to specialize in the recruitment of assistants for senior executives. Fast forward, Suzanne retired in 2022, and today C-Suite Assistants continues to be led by Carol and an executive team including Linda Banta, Gerry Sheridan and Tor Holtan.
