Personal Assistant/Estate Manager to UHNW/Philanthropist

An ultra-high-net-worth individual with a charitable foundation and multiple residences including a townhouse on the Upper East Side and homes in The Hamptons and Palm Beach came to us because she needed a Personal Assistant/Estate Manager. She required someone experienced who could supervise staff, hire vendors, open houses, and manage her busy social schedule. We successfully placed a highly polished assistant who had previously worked for a prominent San Francisco socialite/philanthropist who is on multiple boards including a museum. The assistant has revamped systems, travels to the homes when needed and also works independently from the home/office in NYC.
