A successful private equity firm with offices in Washington, D.C., Miami, and San Francisco, California, sought a Hybrid Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support its San Francisco office. With a team of eight employees and a warm, collaborative culture, the firm needed a new EA/OM after its previous assistant departed to continue her education. The role required someone capable of balancing day-to-day office operations while providing polished, reliable support to senior leadership in a fast-paced private equity environment.
