Executive/Personal Assistant to the President in Dallas, TX

The President of a private investment firm, Dallas Texas was looking for an Executive Assistant to be his “right hand”, personal and professional. This role would require working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely from home, even after COVID. Experience creating and editing PowerPoint presentations for pitch book and road show presentations was a big PLUS as well as some experience with property management and home renovation.  The culture of the firm was very family/team oriented with a “no job too small “attitude.  They ideally wanted a candidate that had experience working for a NYC investment firm.  One of our C-Suite candidates in NYC who we had known, had contacted us that she was moving to Dallas.  She had worked at a major NYC asset management firm and was also an avid golfer (like the President), which helped with the all- important chemistry fit.  She had a BS from a prestigious university in the northeast, majoring in marketing.
