A boutique real estate investment firm in downtown Boston needed a new Executive Assistant for the Founder/CEO. The EA/PA would not only be responsible for working for him in the office, but also would be involved with handling his personal finances so confidentiality concerns were key. We found the perfect “chemistry fit’ candidate who was a 2015 college graduate and also had a Masters’ degree in Business Administration. Although she was a bit more of a junior candidate than originally desired, she had over four years experience as an Executive Assistant in addition to her advanced educational degree. As an added benefit, because she had less experience, the client was able to come in under budget on compensation. Coincidentally, the candidate had also grown up near the Founder so they bonded very well on a personal level.
