Executive/Personal Assistant for High-End Engineering Firm

A prominent engineering firm that primarily re-designs building facades in New York City was looking for the Executive/Personal Assistant to the Founder/ CEO.  The 30 employee firm had a very inclusive “team oriented” culture so the chemistry fit with the firm overall and, of course, the Principal was key for long term success.  The office environment was also an open space with a casual dress code. We found the right candidate, a Syracuse University graduate with over 15 years of experience working for smaller, agile media companies.
