Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO in Washington D.C.

A global consulting firm that works with international companies, including Fortune 50 and Fortune 100, needed an Executive/Personal Assistant to support their CEO. The CEO had been with the firm for four years and had been functioning without an assistant but had reached the tipping point where he realized he needed help. C-Suite Assistants helped him understand what activities and responsibilities a top Executive Assistant could take off his plate. Since most of the employees work remotely or are onsite with clients, the position would be a hybrid of remote and in-person. The C-Suite team placed an Executive Assistant who had formerly supported the same CEO for 13 years, assisting him with the holding company, a charitable foundation and his responsibilities on eight Board of Directors.
