An AD 100 Interior Designer and Owner of an Interior Designer Firm needed an Executive/Personal Assistant to assist with her business and personal life. The current assistant has been there for 7 years so these were big shoes to fill. The assistant would work from the home office at the Park Avenue residence of the principal. One of the duties was being the first point of contact with potential clients so the assistant needed a high level of sophistication and polish. She contacted our Executive Assistant staffing agency in New York. The C-Suite team found an assistant who had supported a CEO at a private equity firm, had previous experience with interior design, a highly polished presentation, and was a grad of the University of Connecticut.
