Executive Assistant for Tech Firm

A tech firm that specializes in artificial intelligence and has been in operation for six years but runs like a start up, came to us to find an Executive Assistant. With 300 people in the NYC office and three other offices nationally,  the EA’s responsibilities would begin by supporting the CEO while his assistant was on maternity leave, and would then transition to supporting the CTO, CMO and CRO. The challenge was to find an assistant with the expertise to support a CEO who was open to then supporting multiple executives. We placed an assistant with international experience who had relocated back to the USA from the UK when her principal, whom she worked with in London for four years, was transferred to the NYC office from London. The assistant was a great fit and had a polished presentation and an M.Sc. from New York University.
