Executive Assistant for Real Estate Investment Firm

The COO of a large real estate development firm who also is the CEO of his own, smaller real estate investment firm primarily doing business in China was looking for an Executive Assistant who could help him in all things administrative for both endeavors.  Since they would be working so closely together, chemistry was key, but he also wanted the person to speak fluent Mandarin to truly help in his business development efforts in China. Within a week, we found the ideal candidate. She had over seven years of administrative experience, an outgoing and engaging personality and fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.
