The Executive Director and Co-Founder of a New York City based non-profit was looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate needed to have over 10 years of administrative experience in a global organization and also have a keen interest in their mission. After interviewing many qualified candidates, we found the perfect fit: a very polished and professional Executive/Personal Assistant who had worked not only for very demanding Principals, but also had experience setting up remote global video conferences in multiple time zones and managing multiple projects without much supervision. She also had extensive experience setting up new office procedures and processes so she could help accelerate the growth of the firm. The role required a candidate who could work a few days a week in NYC, but long term was able, even without COVID, to work remotely most of the time.
