Executive / Personal Assistant at Family Office

A well-established, multi-generational family office came to us to find a
Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive services to family members
family members, entities, and trusts. The position reported to the Chief Family
Services Officer (CFSO) and the official title was Senior Client Representative.
The role required an individual who could supervise and manage financial and
operational aspects of family properties, yachts, and aircraft as well as
construction and renovation projects, personal staff, household logistics,
courier services, event planning and oversee travel arrangements. In addition,
they needed to facilitate personal and family foundation charitable giving,
ensuring compliance and proper documentation as well as oversee personal,
property, and health insurance policies, claims, and coverage.
We placed a candidate who for 12 years had been the Executive Assistant to
a prominent CEO/Chairman and on the board of seven prominent companies.
The candidate had worked with a travel budget of over $7 million (including
private jets) and had also coordinated $10 million in philanthropic donations.
Other credentials included an MBA in financial planning and a BA in
