The Challenge
A highly successful private equity firm in Houston, Texas, sought an Executive Assistant to join the team supporting the CEO. This newly created role would report directly to the Chief of Staff and work closely with the CEO’s Personal Assistant. The firm required an Executive Assistant with exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and a strong hospitality mindset—critical for supporting a CEO with a demanding and highly dynamic schedule.
The role also required comfort with travel, particularly to New York City, as well as flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend commitments. The firm needed a polished, proactive professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced private equity environment and operating as a true extension of the CEO’s office.
