Executive Assistant to Principals/Founders in Boston MA

A global management consulting firm based in Massachusetts but with consultants located all over the globe was looking for a remote Executive Assistant/Office Manager for the Principals/Founders and the Operations team.  This required someone who can work effectively with little guidance, very detail-oriented as the client meetings/seminars required intricate and meticulous detail.  We found the perfect candidate who lived near enough to the Massachusetts headquarters but also traveled frequently to their other remote site in Florida.  She had a four- year college degree from a prestigious University and had experience working prior for two very demanding business owners.
