Executive Assistant for Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Firm

A boutique M&A advisory firm founded by a “heavy hitter” from one of the major financial firms in NYC was looking for a polished, experienced Executive Assistant who had worked in the financial services space for at least 10 years.  We had placed the prior assistant for this client, who was still there and helping with the transition; she was re-locating out of town in the next few months due to her husband’s job.  After putting a slate of three top candidates together, one in particular had a great chemistry with the Founder. She met all of the other criteria and was promptly hired.
