Executive Assistant for Private Equity Firm

The Founder of a prominent private equity firm specializing in Oil and Natural gas was looking for a new Executive Assistant.  The former Executive Assistant whom we had placed two years ago was moving from Texas for personal reasons.  Since we understood what had worked well in the past, we were confident we could find another great fit, which we did.  One of the main criteria was that the Executive Assistant had to be from the Northeast (as was the Founder).  We found a great candidate who was from New York, had a degree from Syracuse University, had lived in Austin for over 10 years and had recently relocated to Dallas.
