A private foundation with offices in Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, and New Mexico needed an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director. As the philanthropic arm of a family office of a UHNW individual with a mission to improve quality of life for people living in rural Mountain West communities, this not-for-profit has an innovative approach to philanthropy and was open to a candidate outside of the not-for-profit sector. The Executive Assistant we successfully placed had graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and had been supporting the CEO of a Denver lobbying firm. His experience included interacting with politicians and influencers as well as planning large charitable events. He is based in the 15-person Denver office and supports the Executive Director, who is based in Wyoming and periodically visits the office in Denver. (j-16564)
