Executive Assistant for Educational Non-Profit

A non-profit committed to helping relations between China and the United States through educational opportunities was looking for an Executive Assistant to the Director of Academics.  We had already placed both the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director as well as the Executive Assistant to the Head of Development, so we had a great sense of the culture and what they were seeking.  We found a candidate whom we had met for a different role within the last six months and discovered that she was very interested in their mission.  She was a Program Assistant at a major university and also had prior administrative experience. With this experience,  a BA from a prestigious state university and a Masters’ of Science from Perdue University, she was the perfect fit!
