Executive Assistant for Fortune 200 Technology Firm

A global Fortune 200 technology company, based in NYC and Germany was looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and be part of the “Executive Team”.  They were looking for someone who had supported a CEO of a major global organization and had been with their Principal for a long period of time.  After exhaustive research we compiled a short list of candidates who fit the criteria.  Among these candidates we found one candidate working for the CEO of a global company who was getting ready to retire and, with his blessing, she was looking for a new home.  She had over 25 years of experience supporting CEOs, one of whom was the CEO of another global organization with over 50,000 employees. She had immediate chemistry with her new boss.
