Executive Assistant for Commercial Real Estate Firm

A growing commercial real estate firm with an office on Long island was looking for the right Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO and help him expand the business and set up new offices in NYC.  They required someone who had very high- level administrative skills but also had experience setting up new offices. The candidate also needed to have the maturity to work very independently on a remote basis while the offices were being set up.  Our candidate was a very well -educated Executive Assistant who was pivoting from the technology industry and had also worked at a fintech start-up.
