Executive Assistant for Global Manufacturer/Distributor
A Global manufacturer/distributor with an office in Soho came to us to find an Executive Assistant to the CEO/Founder. The CEO had worked with a former EA for many years and had a high-profile in his profession including being featured for his success and philanthropic work on 60 Minutes, Ted Talks, and Bloomberg TV. Also, the Chief of Staff who this person would work closely with had worked in D.C. as a special Advisor to government agencies. So, we knew this would be a search for a “unicorn”. It required someone with excellent administrative and organizational skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and the education and intelligence to be a cultural fit. We worked extensively with the client to refine the profile of the right candidate and after a comprehensive search, we successfully placed an assistant who is highly intelligent and a graduate of George Washington University. As a side note, the candidate started working from home during Covid-19 and has worked out very well even in a virtual work environment. The firm sent her a laptop, a phone, onboarding materials and a thermos with the company logo. She has been in work heaven ever since.
