A successful and growing executive search firm with offices in California and Austin, Texas was looking for an Executive Assistant /Office Manager to support the two main principals (one in San Francisco) as well as manage the Austin office. The firm had recently opened an Austin office, and they needed someone who could manage the day- to- day operations. A candidate we had a long- standing relationship with, who had experience working in executive search (understood their business) and who had just recently relocated from Houston to Austin was the right fit. She had over 10 years experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager and was a graduate of University of Texas, Austin with a BA in English.
