The investment office of a global company that had been in business for 50 years with a mission of making a positive environmental impact and devoted to renewable energy, needed a Chief of Staff to run their new office that would be the investment arm of the company in the US. The COS would support the CEO and the CFO, manage the office, and be instrumental in hiring future staff. They expected to grow from 4 to 30 employees over the next 3 years. The parent company had made a major investment in this branch that would be focused on mergers and acquisitions. We placed a candidate who had been a Chief of Staff at a major television network and had consulted with UHNW clients assisting them with establishing new businesses and had a Master’s degree in communications.
