A small, successful investment management firm with a focus on middle markets, needed an Executive/Personal Assistant to support the Founder. The role was hybrid, in office Monday-Wednesday and remote on Thursdays and Fridays. They required an assistant who lived close to the office and the Founder’s home (both in Hoboken) and had a car and a license. Because it was a small office the assistant needed to perform basic office manager duties including ordering supplies and sending and tracking invoices. We placed an Executive Assistant who lives in Hoboken and had worked at a private equity firm for four years supporting the Managing Director in both the business and personal arena.
