Office Manager at Family Office / Investment Management Firm

A family office/investment firm based in Chile was opening a new investment office in  New York City and came to us for an Office Manager to set up and run the office, put systems in place, and perform administrative duties. We placed a candidate who had been  Director of Operations at a large firm for nine years and had a BS in Business  Administration from Cornell University. The candidate had the experience the company needed, as this was their first office in NYC and they needed someone to guide them on compliance with health, safety, and HR, and also interact with clients.( j-5641)
