An organization that produces a prestigious awards show on national TV every year and has multiple divisions across the US came to us to find an Executive Assistant for their high-profile CEO. They were looking for an assistant with the sophistication to regularly interact with industry leaders, famous recording artists and creative partners. Because of our experience, we understood that the ideal candidate would probably come from a talent agency where the high demands and incredibly fast-paced environment would provide the perfect experience for this role supporting the CEO. We successfully placed an assistant who had worked at one of the top talent agencies in Los Angeles. Her agency experience included working on the music touring desk where they put major artists on tour. She also has a BA in Media Studies from UCSF.
