A global technology firm with over 7,000 employees worldwide that provides outsourcing of data centers was looking for a high-level Executive/Personal Assistant to support the CEO. The previous Executive Assistant had been with the CEO for over eight years, but was moving out of Texas. We found the perfect candidate, with over 10 years of experience working for another large global technology firm, but who for the last two years at a subsequent role, had been looking for the ‘right fit” role requiring the gravitas and level of experience she possessed. The CEO was so pleased with our high- level candidates, the company also ended up hiring another of our candidates to support the President of the firm. This candidate had worked for five years supporting a CFO and also had a Masters’ degree in Business Administration.
