A Family Office with a diverse portfolio of investments primarily in commercial real estate came to us to find an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support and run the office of three people. One important criteria was that the EA have experience with contracts. The former Assistant had been in the role for many years, so the challenge was to find someone who could step into her shoes but who could also put more advanced technology systems in place. In a little over three weeks, we found an assistant who enjoyed working in a small office, had a background working at a mortgage company as well as a law firm and was also a great cultural fit.
