A Family Office with a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets came to us to find an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to run the office and also support the contract review process. The former Assistant had been in the role for many years so the challenge was to find someone to step into her shoes but also institute updated technology systems. In a short period of a little over 3 weeks, we found an assistant who enjoyed working in a small family office and had a background working at a mortgage firm as well as a law firm. She was also a great cultural fit. (J-18)
