A national manufacturing company with headquarters in Spokane, WA, locations across the US and over 3000 employees, needed to hire an Executive Assistant to the CEO at their Spokane headquarters. They felt they had exhausted the local market and came to us to find a career assistant who would relocate to Spokane. The role required managing flow, financial reporting, project/goal attainment tracking, managing the CEO’s budget, and T&E reporting. They hired a candidate C-Suite found in NYC who relocated to Spokane who had been a Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant and who was a great cultural fit for the firm.
