Executive Assistant to CEO/Local Remote
A highly successful law firm with offices in Washington, D.C., Bejing, China and five other locations across the US, came to us to find an Executive/Personal Assistant to a Partner. The Partner was responsible for the highly successful International Trade Practice and had a team consisting of five Associates, five Paralegals, one Legal Assistant and one Billing Assistant. The HR department hired us for the search because they required our expertise in finding a high-level Executive Assistant for this busy attorney who needed someone to connect the dots between her personal and professional responsibilities and make her life run smoothly. We did an exhaustive search and sent our top two candidates. As often happens, they made a hire from these two recommended candidates. The Executive Assistant they hired had worked for seven years supporting the CEO of a high-profile family foundation with a $ 6.8 billion endowment. The successful candidate also had a BA from Stanford University.
