Kristin is a Senior Recruiter at C-Suite Assistants. Although born and raised in Iowa City, Iowa,  Kristin has also had the pleasure of living in Spain, the United Kingdom, California, Virginia, Florida, Kansas, and now resides in Arizona. 

Kristin’s work experience has been in Talent Acquisition and Human Resource roles with startups and small to mid-level companies. Over the last decade, she has recruited and hired more than five hundred employees and contractors. As an experienced Recruiter with a law degree which she has used to teach college level legal courses, Kristin is an avid relationship builder with proven people skills.  At C-Suite Assistants she leverages her HR, legal, and recruiting expertise to focus on support roles for C-Suite level Human Resource and Legal executives. 

Outside of work, Kristin’s passion is her family. Her husband recently retired from the Air Force after nearly twenty-two years as an active-duty fighter pilot. He now flies for FedEx and builds experimental aircraft in his “spare time,” allowing Kristin to occasionally participate with some riveting and other tasks. Kristin and Dan have three boys, each of whom was born in a different state. Kristin’s project management skills and sense of humor have been crucial in successfully navigating a family constantly on the move. She recently got her long-awaited baby girl, “Lula”, an Italian Greyhound, who completed the family perfectly.

Kristin earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa, and her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.
