An innovative and rapidly growing investment firm was looking for the “right hand” Executive Personal Assistant to the Chairman/CEO.   This is a very busy role which, in effect, manages the Chairman’s very busy calendar, travel, and special projects and requires someone to be on call 24/7.  They reached out to our EA staffing agency in Houston, TX. Because we have a national presence, it came to our attention that a candidate we knew in Washington through our proprietary network was looking to move back home to Houston.  As a 2014 George Washington University graduate with over 7 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager for very busy global institutions, she was the right match both personally with the Chairman as well as culturally with the firm.
