Executive Assistant for High Profile Boutique Litigation Firm

A boutique elite litigation firm that focuses on groundbreaking public interest cases with significant impact on social justice needed an Executive Assistant to a high-profile Managing Partner.  The Partner had never had an assistant, so this person needed to understand how to “ease in” to the role and then “take charge” to truly have the partner realize how life changing the right EA/PA can be.  The candidate also needed superlative writing and editing skills. We found the ideal candidate with the right “chemistry” fit, a candidate with over 15 years’ experience as an EA/PA to a major publisher as well as to an Ambassador. She also had a BA from a well- known university and an MA in Literature from New York University.
