Executive Assistant to Executive Team at Global IT Company

An existing client, a fast-growing global information technology company providing data center services throughout the world was looking to hire an Executive Assistant in Dallas, Texas to support the C-Suite team at their headquarters. In December 2019 we had placed the Executive Assistant to the CEO as well as another EA team assistant. Both are still there and very happy in their roles.  This new position was a result of growth, and, given our successful track record, the client felt confident we could find a candidate with the same high-level EA experience who would be a good cultural fit for the firm.  We found a candidate who had longevity at a prior global firm and had supported a CFO and C-Suite team for over 7 years.  She was a graduate of Texas A&M University.
