Executive Assistant for Private Equity Firm

A well-established private equity firm needed an Executive Assistant for the Chairman. The challenge was to find an assistant who could step into the shoes of his former assistant who had been with him for 20 years and had experience in finance and working with a Board of Directors. We placed a candidate who had supported two Founders of an investment bank for 11 years. She had an in-depth understanding of finance, the requisite skills and a degree in Business Management.
