Executive Assistant to CEO of a Private Equity Firm

A private equity firm founded in 2008 needed an Executive Assistant to the CEO who was based in Santa Barbara (the firm’s headquarters are in D.C. and subsidiaries in India, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, and Australia.) The firm used investments to reduce humanity’s carbon footprint, and to help people in developing countries secure their livelihoods and improve their lives, and gives investors the opportunity to buy carbon credits.  The CEO was a former MD of a prominent investment bank and had very high standards. We placed a candidate who had relocated to Santa Barbara from LA, had longevity, worked at a FinTech firm, a publicly traded software company with 5000 employees, and had a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
