Executive Assistant for International Consulting Firm

An international consulting firm with headquarters in NYC was setting up a new office in Miami where the CEO was re-locating.  Because we had worked on other searches for their NYC office, they knew we understood their culture and asked us to lead the search for an Executive Assistant for the CEO.  Based on our understanding of the CEO, we knew to search for someone with NYC experience who would re-locate to Miami from New York. Within one week, we had found the perfect candidate who actually had family in Miami and was interested in making a move to be closer to them due to personal circumstances. She had a BA from a small, prestigious college, graduating Summa Cum Laude and had over 15 years of experience supporting the C-Suite at finance and consulting firms.
