C-Suite Assistants began in 2004 as a complementary service provided to senior executives of the financial services clients served by Coleman & Company, an executive search firm founded in 1999. As Coleman & Company’s executive search business grew, the leadership teams of their financial service clients including hedge funds and PE firms, repeatedly asked for help finding Executive and Personal Assistants and other administrative support professionals. We began with the addition of only one recruiter dedicated to this niche in the New York City area.
