Lisa is a Senior Recruiter at C-Suite Assistants. She grew up on the sunny beaches of Destin, Florida and graduated from the University of West Florida, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing with a minor in Psychology.

Lisa met her husband while in college and moved to Dallas to pursue a big city job. Beginning as a Recruiter for a small placement agency, Lisa placed Administrative Assistants, Office Coordinators, Human Resource Assistants and Financial Analysts with clients that included Pizza Hut, Mary Kay, and Big 6 Accounting firms. She was then recruited to work for Andersen Consulting (Accenture) where she focused on recruiting executive assistants for internal departments and Managing Partners at the firm. In this role, she was trained in several types of interviewing methods including Critical Behavior Interviews.

Wanting to explore the technical consulting world, Lisa moved to recruiting Software Developers for technical companies within the US. After several years of working with technical consulting companies, Lisa realized she missed placing Executive Assistants and building relationships with them. Working at C-Suite Assistants has provided her with the ideal opportunity for her to do what she loves while maintaining the work life balance important to her.

Lisa enjoys doing CrossFit, running, biking and pretending she’s still a competitive athlete. Less strenuous activities like coffee, sunshine and podcasts are also important to her well -being as well as volunteering at a local church and staying involved with her community. She and her husband Jon, stay busy with the active schedules of their two daughters.
